Using a precision rotary screening system, the R&R Grain Cleaner removes fines, dirt, and oversized material while moving grain smoothly and economically through the cleaning process. Grain is gently conveyed through a rotating drum
where it is continuously advanced, laterally distributed, and thoroughly stirred. This unique rotary screen and auger design ensures the grain repeatedly passes over the screens, allowing
foreign material to be consistently separated and discharged through dedicated chutes—without excessive agitation or damage to the grain. Because the system is non-vibratory, the R&R Grain Cleaner can be installed virtually anywhere in the process flow.
